I have a PhD in Cognitive Psychology and have worked at Philips Research for the past 12 years. My research has focused on developing innovative and meaningful solutions for people with cognitive impairment. In addition, I have worked for several years on diversity & inclusion and on Responsible AI, and I am a certified M&E Consultant and a certified Gender Auditor.
